Well it’s not much, but I do believe it means I’m staying on track. I’d also like to think that some of the fat may be starting to change to muscle. It’s hard to see the scale not move because of that, but I am going to stick with it.
I’m keeping up with no sodas and the exercise. I’m excited that in just this short time, I’ve already felt my stamina getting better. The first week for sure, I struggled through 20 minutes on the elliptical. Now though, I am able to get through the minimum of 30 minutes that the RealAge site suggested for me 5 days a week.
My goal for the upcoming week will be to put the strength and flexibility work into my exercise time. We’ll see how that goes.
