A woman’s work is never done

I’ve definitely found a correlation to specific times of the month and weight loss. Moving on, I’m glad to say I’ve had a decrease as of late. My exercise has not been that good, practically nonexistent I’d say, but I’m doing a ton of walking in my new job. I’m thinking about getting a pedometer to track how many steps I’m taking during a work day.

Now that I am in a new work environment, I’ve really got to pay attention to all of the good habits I set up in the summer. My water intake is not as good, nor is my fruit intake. Stress and a hectic schedule always does this to me. If I can be more reflective about it and watch for the patterns, I should be okay.

    WOW 2 pounfd is 2 pounds, good job! It always take time to adjust. Just try and stay on track. The trick is if you get off line then get on line as soon as possible.

    Have you ever seen a lump of fat that weighs 2 lbs.. May I say that 2 pounds less of you looks very, very good. About the pedometer….I have a couple of extras if you want, one is a weight watcher one and another one. If you have not already bought one, I will bring to Jeff bd pty.
